The "frame" wires are sterling silver filled wire. All the coiling and weaving is done with solid sterling silver wire.
Inside diameter of the bracelet is 6 1/2". A 2" extender chain is already included, making this bracelet adjustable from 6 1/2" to 8 1/2".
