What is your shipping policy?
Currently all U.S. orders (of regular priced merchandise) are shipped for free. .
All items are shipped USPS First Class. If you order more than one item at one time you will pay the full shipping rate for one item and a discounted rate for the rest (this applies to all clearance merchandise, and to all international orders). If you would like shipping upgraded to Priority Mail, please contact me for a revised shipping quote.
Please note that in many cases the shipping costs noted by the post office on some packages may be less than you were charged for shipping that particular item. Shipping costs are also used to cover the cost of shipping supplies and other related expenses.
Packages with a total value of $150 or more will be insured for free. If your order is for less than $150, and you would like your package shipped with insurance, please contact me at gailavira (at) gailavira.com. I will send you a revised invoice with the cost of postal insurance added to your order total.
What is your returns policy?
I will only accept returns of merchandise if an item is found to be defective. If it is an item I can re-create I will do so and send the new one. If it is not an item I can re-create I will offer another item from my shop (equal or lesser value) in exchange. If there is no other item comparable in my shop at that time, I will issue a refund.
The item in question must be returned to me (customer pays return shipping) before I will issue a refund or send a replacement item. If the item is indeed found to be defective, the cost of return shipping will also be refunded.
No refund is given for items that are not defective.
You will have up to 15 days after the original shipping date (30 days for international orders) to return an item. You must e-mail me at returns (at) gailavira.com before returning merchandise.
I will accept returns only if there are no obvious signs of abuse to the item in question. If it appears the item has been abused in any way I will return the item to the customer AS IS.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
I do offer a 25% discount for wholesale orders. To receive this discount you must order at least fifteen pieces at one time. The minimum purchase is $275 (after wholesale discount).
You can choose from most pieces in my Etsy Shop, or from items in this shop. Custom size rings in my etsy shop are not available for wholesale orders.
I do not drop ship.
